Will is a highly experienced well engineering professional with over 17 years in the oil and gas industry, working exclusively with operating companies in Australia. Throughout his career, he has held both engineering and field-based roles across onshore and offshore projects, developing expertise in drilling, completions, intervention, and abandonment operations.
His diverse experience includes positions such as Well Engineering Manager, Engineering Team Leader, Senior Drilling Engineer, Completion Engineer and Offshore Wellsite Supervisor.
He has successfully delivered projects of varying scale across the entire well lifecycle, with a particular focus on offshore jack-up and subsea semi-submersible operations.
Will specialises in drilling engineering, with a strong emphasis on extended reach and multi-lateral wells, as well as development well planning and execution. His expertise extends to completion, subsea engineering and rig-based well interventions in both offshore and onshore environments. Additionally, he has significant experience in decommissioning and well project management, including contracting, budgeting, estimating, stakeholder engagement and regulatory engagement.
