Justin Bettridge

Justin brings 25 years of well engineering experience in design, planning, operations supervision, support, and project management. Justin holds a Bachelor of Engineering (1st Class Honours) from U.W.A and is a Chartered Professional Engineer with strong technical expertise in wells decommissioning (P&A), well interventions, well integrity, completions, well testing, and well services disciplines.

His extensive career includes engineering leadership roles with prominent energy companies such as Apache Energy, Santos, Total Energies and Schlumberger, where he has successfully delivered complex offshore decommissioning and D&C projects where he demonstrated a strong ability to manage technical, operational, and commercial aspects of high-stakes projects. His experience spans the complete well lifecycle, from exploration to decommissioning, and includes significant management responsibilities in offshore drilling and completions, well integrity, and regulatory compliance.

He is highly proficient in regulatory compliance and assurance, risk management, and contract administration, with a focus on project workflows and safety. Justin is a proven leader in subsea and platform well interventions and decommissioning projects, notably contributing to industry working groups and delivering innovative solutions that have earned industry recognition, including awards for efficiency and environmental safety initiatives.
